Manage the recruiting process by posting job positions on internal/external job boards, scheduling pre-employment testing, phone interviews, partnering with hiring managers on in-person interviews, background checks, drug screens, reference checks and offers.

Process payroll for 105 employees semi-monthly using ADP Workforce.

Manage New Employee Orientation for all new hires and completed all new hire paperwork to ensure they receive a great onboarding experience.
