· Developed a feasibility study report on Three-wheeler electric vehicles.

· Designed a Battery Pack, Heat Exchanger, modeling of thermal systems, cooling unit, and Packing assembly using SolidWorks, CATIA V5, with the proper Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerance for the Manufacturing process.

· Analyzed design by performing Modal, Random Vibrational Analysis, Transient Structural Analysis on ANSYS Workbench

· Performed crash analysis using LS-DYNA. Performed DFMEA and PFMEA Analysis. Optimized the design to minimize the Volume by optimizing the Packing Assembly and Cooling unit. Achieved 18 % of volume Reduction.
