GENERAL MANAGER, SPACE VILLAGE; HOUSTON — 2019-2020 Worked closely with CEO and CFO to make sure we meet the deadline for the store opening. Headed up all daily operations for anything having to do with the store. Harmonized the layout and building of the store from beginning to the eventually grand opening. Would assist in gathering materials and relaying all information including price assessment back to the CEO for approval. After completed construction I then reached out to various brands from Nike to Christian Dior and from there set up the store’s accounts. I handpicked all current employees for approval by ownership including detailed background checks and one on one interviews. Trained all employees to follow our rules and guidelines that were set in place. Help put in place the current register system that is still there to date. Took initiative when Covid-19 hit to ensure the workplace was well supplied with all cleaning and safety materials including establishing a protocol if an employee was to contact the virus. Was in direct contact with Landlord to ensure all property guidelines are being followed. Organized all major shoe and apparel releases with Nike, Jordan Brand and Cactus Jack from security and police approval to actual shoe pick up and drop off from warehouse location to storefront. Managed all items in warehouse from shoes to very rare clothing items. Was entrusted with daily cash counting as well as delivery to the bank on a monthly basis. Would work close with VIP clients to establish a long lasting relationship with the company.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR FOR MENSWEAR, ALEXANDER WANG; NEW YORK CITY — 2018-2019

Would be responsible for coordinating design specs with the product development team at the start of each collection and throughout various stages of the design and development process. Entered all information into RLM collected from the menswear designers, factories and all other teams with direct coordination with the product development team. In constant contact with all garment factories overseas to ensure samples would meet our deadlines. Throughout the product development process we would coordinate with the factories specific points the designers would want on each sample from button placement to shoulder and body structure. FABRIC DEVELOPER, ALEXANDER WANG; NEW YORK CITY — 2018 Help manage all RTW and T by AW woven fabrics for both men’s and women’s. Oversee that fabrics are ordered ahead of time to ensure a timely delivery. Calculate the yardage needed for the upcoming season. Would make sure there is enough fabric to complete the estimated units that will go into production. Daily duties were but not limited to communicating with textile companies or factories overseas. I ensured that all fabrics ordered were priced correctly and in line with the production team. Assist in recognizing fabrics that could be cost engineered and communicate with fabric supply chain to execute change. Manage materials requirement chart in RLM to ensure bulk quantities and costs are correct. Alert product operations team of delays and/or quality issues when applicable. Help negotiate lead times and pricing for textiles. Would make sure all files are saved in the share folder for seamless transparency SHOWROOM ASSISTANT, CALVIN KLEIN; NEW YORK CITY — 2016-2017 Upon arrival of Calvin Klein’s newest collection I was responsible for the labeling and arranging of all items by price, style and the specific groups within company. Assisted the showroom manager in daily objectives such as the up keeping of the showroom floor, gathering the necessary clothing items to be shown to buyers and other personal from Calvin Klein as well as rearranging the showroom to coordinate with the upcoming season. When working with a group I was often left in charge to oversee that all other members were getting all the clothing unpacked, labeled and put in the right location for upcoming meetings within the company as well as meetings with buyers and factories. Was responsible for the showroom storage always being well kept which consisted of placing all items of the same season together as well as keeping them in order by color and style.
