Operation of AFBC and CFBC Boilers & WHRS Boiler, Extraction cum back-pressure, and Extraction cum condensing steam turbine.

Shift Planning & Control, Co-Ordination with support services and Maintenance Department, maintaining Check lists, plant process related data Compilation, Deciding and Implementing Autonomous Maintenance according to WCM norms, and resource planning specifically, man-power planning and management.

Changeover of Boiler, Turbine & its Auxiliaries, Troubleshooting, Preventive actions, Identification of Abnormality and Corrective actions, Preservation of Stand-By Equipment

Rajashree cement works plant is having following set up including its own power plant. The total power plant capacity is 61 MW, which consists of -

11.00 MW WHRS Boiler & Turbine

Gujarat Cement Works – Kovaya (Ultra Tech Cement ltd. - A Unit of Aditya Birla Group of company) as Sr. Engineer (Shift In charge) - Power Plant Operation from 25th December 2008 to 28th May 2018.

Ultra Tech Cement plant - the largest cement manufacturing plant at a single location with installed capacity of over 5.2 million tons of clinker / cement per annum with a captive power plant having installed capacity of 92.0 MW. It manufactures a range of the premium brand of cement, which caters demands of domestic, as well as Export markets.

The power plant consists of

4X 115 TPH C.F.B.C. boiler with Hot cyclone @ 100 kg/cm2 & 535 C Temp. Make:- DBG China

4X23 MW condensing type Steam Turbine set Make:- HTC-China

PHILLIPS CARBON BLACK LTD (A Unit of RPG Group, Palej Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat) as Assistant Manager - Power Plant Operation & Maintenance from 17th December 2007 To 22nd December 2008.

Involved in Operation of 12 MW Captive Power Plant and 8 MW Export to Grid (GEB) having EMERSON DCS control system involving following equipments.

1 X 65 TPH, 66 Kg/Cm and 490 C Gas Fired WHRG Boiler. (Make-Thermal Systems Pvt. Ltd.-Hyderabad)(Control – EMERSON Distributed Control Systems)
