Communicate with Department of Labour and Safety -Inspectors. Promote of off the Job SHEQ and Safety Awareness program.
Job control/Workshop
Coordinate machine load, workshop bookings, distribution of drawings and procedures. Monthly reconciliation of timesheets and costs to determine invoice totals. Quality inspection coordination and invoice to client. Deliver, collect and coordinate all incoming jobs. Issue job or project numbers. Issue all job specific procedures to workshop.
