Check deliveries mark & distribute stock, claims & returns, deliveries to client, couriers, invoicing, employee tool account control, storage, and workshop manual library. Ordering and maintenance of Consumables, theatre surgical stock and checking of ethicals. Regular stock cycle counts etc. Month end reports, shelf allocations and maintenance. Handling of product complaints and documentation.

Fleet Control, rentals, cost control, job cards, invoicing, spares control, Service Advisor, QC Supervisor.

Health and Safety

Preparation and completion of worksite safety files. Yearly protective equipment issue to employees – orders and stock control. Monitor and Control of first aid cabinets and rescue equipment. First Aid, Incident Case Register, Near Miss register record keeping. COID/ WCA cases. Safety Inductions and medicals. Coordination of SHE Reps Control of Database (OHS Act, procedures and policies, SABS Standards, Labour Act, SHEQ Registers and Standards act).

Performing of Risk Assessments as well as rating and management / elimination of risks and hazards found. Control and issuing of work procedures, safety policies and reports. Perform inspections and incident -investigations. Coordinate safety meetings and issue of safety bulletins.

Serve on SHEQ Management and SHE Rep - committees. Coordinate Legal compliant investigations as well as Legal Liability Audits.

Communicate with Department of Labour and Safety -Inspectors. Promote of off the Job SHEQ and Safety Awareness program.

Job control/Workshop

Coordinate machine load, workshop bookings, distribution of drawings and procedures. Monthly reconciliation of timesheets and costs to determine invoice totals. Quality inspection coordination and invoice to client. Deliver, collect and coordinate all incoming jobs. Issue job or project numbers. Issue all job specific procedures to workshop. Monitor jobs and outstanding job cards. Records keeping of job register as well as keeping job history archive, QC Supervisor
