Main office-Administrative assistant

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Providing manpower reports, visa status and equipment status reports to the manager every month.

Maintaining visa expiry details and renewal on time.

Maintaining physical and digital records (contracts, visa, etc.) and update internal databases with new hire

information.

Computer usage to create presentations, recording files.

Provided professional and polite communication via phone

Gather employee’s attendance daily and preparing the time sheets.

Monitor and maintain office equipment, inventory supplies and order replacement supply as needed.

Create update and maintain personnel records, financial records, and other records/data.
