HEALTH: On the 5th of August 2005, I broke my hip in an accident on duty. On the 24th of May 2005 I went for a hip replacement. Doctor Loubser of the then Pretoria Academic Hospital, now Steve Biko Academic Hospital, declared on the 10thof July 2006 that my hip has fully recovered. I am in good health and 100% able to perform my employment duties.
