TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Knowledge in Instrumentation & Control drawings, data sheets, P&IDs Establishing instrument taping points from mechanical pipe lines carrying main stream, feed water, Air and gas systems.

Co-ordination with Mechanical, Civil and other agencies for smooth progress of the work

Calibration and erection of pressure gauges, temperature gauges, pressure switches, SADC (Secondary Air Damper Control), I/P Converters, thermocouple, RTD, PFT(Position Feedback Transmitter) vibration sensors, in oil, water, steam and gas systems and signal thronging them to DCS. Erection, Calibration & Commissioning of Smart Transmitters. Like Yokogawa, Rosemount, ABB by using HART Communicator. Preparation of calibration report & protocol

Testing and Commissioning of Control Valves, ON-OFF actuators, Feeder Calibration and all instruments.

Loop checking from field to DCS end.

Checking the Control Valve, on-off Valve, Drive through DCS. Interfacing all the Field Instruments to DCS through proper cabling & checking them.

Regularly monitoring the various parameters to find out the deviation in the parameters from its rated value through DCS.

Erections of analytical instruments like, SWAS analyzer, Opacity, Sox Nox Ensuring the safety in working area & familiar with hazardous area instrumentation and its classification standards.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFACTION

Obtained Certified Automation Engineer (CAE)from Technocrat Automation Pvt Limited (IAO Accredited), Chennai. With 4 months hands on practical experience in Industrial Automation Tools specializing in PLC, SCADA and VFD. Certification course in “Instrument Technical Education” at CHEMIN C&I Undergone 1 year apprentice training in LMW (Unit-2),Coimbatore. CNC Programming languages.
