Support the Senior Early Childhood Development Officer in program implementation through the different assigned platforms
Follow up on children attendance in the integrated early childhood development program and understand reason for not attending where applicable
Follow up with parents regarding attendance of children when necessary
Deliver community awareness sessions on the importance of ECD as directed by the Senior ECD Officer
Ensure all children, volunteers, and facilitators have adequate materials for all the period of the program
Supervise teachers on their day to day operations
As directed by the senior ECD officer, support the distribution of the necessary materials

Fill the Inter-Agency Form for referral cases that need to be transferred to other organizations (Himaya, Caritas, …)
Contact the focal persons in other organization to suggest a referral case (protection, GBV, sexual abuse cases, and other vulnerable cases)
Follow up with said organization to check whether the case referred was being followed through and is being taken care of
