ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
RECRUITMENT:
To source relevant profiles through multiple channels including employee referrals, social networking sites, head hunting, job portals and maintain an appropriate source mix.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Co-ordinate / liaison with placement consultants/ institutions etc.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates through the business requirements
Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding.
Carry out joining formalities, induction for new joiners
Ensure that documentation is as per agreed guidelines
Database Management.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
Develop relationships with employees, counseling the employees, salary accounts creation, ID preparation, solving the salary queries, etc.
