Client: The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities - DODD January 2020 – Present

Role: Business Analyst

Description: DODD is in the process of upgrading and enhancing the existing user interface and organization’s web portal and claim and billing systems to improve performance, user interface and user experience. The project involved re-engineering of the existing billing System (MBS) and rewriting Medicaid Service System-MSS.

Responsibilities:

Work extensively with developing business rules engine enabling the business rules such as referral, prior authorization, eligibility, claims processing and billing essential.
