EXPERIENCE

2013 -2020 (June) – (HOD ELECTRICAL) DGM ELECTRICAL in DANGOTE CELMENT PLANT, Ibese, Nigeria responsible for Project, Maintenance & Operation of line 3&4 2X6000 TPD plant.

2013 – 2011 - AGM in Amrit Cement Industries Ltd., Meghalaya, India was responsible for the project for Electrical & Instrumentation. Erection and Commissioning of 25 MW power plant.

2011- 2010 – M.D. of ACUMAX ENGINEERS for providing services in electrical equipments.

GM E& I in HILLS CEMENT CO. LTD., Meghalaya, India was responsible for Maintenance & Operation of cement Plant.

DGM ELECTRICAL IN SAURASHTRA CEMENT, PORBANDAR, India, was responsible for Maintenance & Operation of cement Plant. 2011 – 1996 – M.D. of LIGHTNIN ENGINEERS ( OWN WORKSHOP) – Excellent marketing skills to impress upon the customers with sound technical background in the maintenance, repairs, erection and troubleshooting with vast experience.

Rewinding / Repairs of Motors up to 10 MW M.V. /L.T/ DC Motors, Generators (11 KV/6.6 KV M.V. Motors) in the workshop and at site. V.P.I. installed for Varnishing of Motors / Armatures (Vessel 2.5 M DIA. X 4MTS. LONG) under high vacuum.

Rewinding of M.V. Motors with Molded coils with Samica Therm Tape. Rewinding of M.V. Rotors / L.V. Rotors in Class H / F. Rewinding of Field Coils of Generators in Class H /F and dynamic balancing after repairs. Condition Monitoring of MV motors Winding and large LV motors to predict the health prior to failure.

Rewinding of D.C. Motors Armature, replacement of Commutators, Shafts etc. Resin glass binding on M.V. L.V. Rotors and D.C. Armatures. Replacement of Shafts in M.V., L.V. D.C. Motors.

Skimming of Slip Ring and grinding of slip ring and commutator. Testing of Commutators and DC motors for sparking on brushes. Machining and grinding of Commutators, slip rings, Shaft etc.
