I am interested in the HR role that you advertised lately . I have been through the wide HR processes for several years of experience with A Regional Distributor Group based in Lebanon with Operations in KSA, Dubai, Levant Countries and Egypt. By virtue of Global FMCG Distribution Network in the Group my best HR practices were World Class having engaged HR Operations works with Blue Chip Global FMCG such as Danone, Bel, Kelloggs, Pringles, Lu Confectionary, and lately alcohol brands as well like Apperol.

In addition to leading the Personnel and HR department in my current job,I am an active member in the HRAL and attend regular conferences to enhance my skills, as well as a member in hr.com and attend non stop virtual webcasts on a weekly basis, virtual summits and expo as well. I was part of the integration program of two companies: Foodstuff and Consumer Goods (distributors of bic and Activia)and EAM (Etablissement Antoine Massoud), and implemented the Personnel Department after the integration from A to Z as of August 2018 (conducted audits on personnel files in order to reorganize the department, audit on leaves for 280 employees for the 3 past years, implemented new forms, implemented fingerprint machine, policies, yearly finance declarations for the two companies, controlled the yearly NSSF declarations etc..)
