Position: HSE Officer/Advisor

RESPONSIBLITIES

Monitoring the implementation of Project Health and Safety Plan

Conducting the HSE Induction to new employees and visitors

Ensure that the client/Main contractor health, safety and environment rules and regulations are followed at site

Participating with site HSE tours/ HSE meeting with main contractor which is conducting by Client.

Carry out site safety inspections and preparing reports and submitting to site management for rectification.

Ensure that adequate First Aid facilities are provided and maintained at all the times

The planning the requirement of first aid, fire fighting, safety signboards and safety appliances well in advance.

Preparing/ revising the risk assessment for new/ critical Activities.

Monitoring any violation or deviation from the Safety Plan at site

Organize and conducting the safety meetings with supervisors and sub contractor representatives.

Arranging/conducting required OCP training for workers

Preparing TBT topic schedule/Organizing Mass crew tool box talks meeting to all employees on weekly with appropriately and with required topics.

Ensuring crane, mobile elevating working platforms and other construction plants and lifting tackles third party inspections and certification.

Ensuring periodic inspection of vehicles, tools equipment etc as planned in the Project HSE Plan.

Accident investigation and follow up corrective actions.

Conducting Mock drills for identified emergency preparedness and response at regular intervals and to check the readiness of such emergency systems.

Carry out safety audit and preparing reports.

Maintaining HSE statistics.
