Work Experience:

Recruiting Specialist, Career Personnel, Augusta, GA- June 2019-February 2020

Duties included: Interviewing potential candidates for jobs with our clients that meet and succeed the open job orders. I recruited and marketed for any open business in the CSRA and surrounding areas, screened each potential candidate’s job history, administered drug screens, ran background checks, thoroughly interviewed each candidate to ensure that each one being sent out on assignments were eligible for permanent placement upon the completion of hours worked. I also did data entry, scheduled appointments, answered incoming phones calls to assist the front desk when busy, I kept a daily planner of all duties completed during the day, assisted other recruiters with their open job orders, made onsite visits to my customers to check on the progress of new employees, I scheduled and arranged job fairs to bring in new recruits, screened resumes that were sent via email for job postings I had run through local job sites.

Duties included: Provided support to the Production Planning Manager in preparing and processing production orders to send to the manufacturing floor and various other administrative duties as required. I priced and processed in coming sales orders to be manufactured, created sales order acknowledgments to send to our retail lots, interfaced with over 75 retail outlets that carried our products, compiled weekly consigned inventory and delivery logs.

Recruited and interviewed candidates to match them with potential employment. I coordinated and scheduled interviews with customers to meet with candidates. I processed payroll for 75-100+ employees and prepared weekly payroll reports.
