Dec 2017 – Current: Cosmetics Commercial Co-Ordinator: L’ORÉAL PARIS:

-Managing internal and external stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure end process are achieved

-Assistant for total Maybelline and L’Oréal Paris Cosmetics business for largest Grocery account- Tesco, worth £13m turnover

-Overall responsibility for delivering all promotional changeovers, in store remerches, second sites and in store activations for Tesco.

-Visiting stores to carrying out in store POS/product inspection for all the beauty categories for Tesco

-Regularly maintaining the Cosmetics “bibles” for each brand- a complete reference document with all codes/ data/ pricing for our current stand range.

-Completing all commercial administration in line with Tesco critical paths- including promotional, NPD, Supply chain and Merchandising forms.

-Weekly meetings with Merchandising and Marketing to ensure we are aligned with work/timings

-Supporting line manager with retailer presentations, trade days and other ad hoc retailer requests.

-To arrange Educational Days for Tesco Beauty Advisors

-Support the wider team and Customer Business Director with adhoc projects and requests.
