Sr. Director of Production- EP Inhance Digital, Los Angeles, CA 9/2016 – 8/2017 Director of Production-Executive Producer 1/2013 – 8/2016 Lead and manage all aspects of production at Inhance Digital. Fully implemented Production Tracking Software allowing us to track every hour and dollar that passes through our production pipeline giving us real time analysis of status and budget for every task in production resulting in an ability to address issues while there is still time to pivot. In addition, we are now able to make decisions based on true data allowing rationale choices when vetting new projects, reviewing resources, and reviewing project and overall profitability. Developed with team, dashboards for each department to allow critical information, such as utilization rate filtered by role, hours logged for the week, and department red flags to be available in real time. Served as Executive Producer on high profile projects and campaigns. Provided global oversight on internal production matters including budget, schedule, resourcing and scope. • Oversee and advance the 3d pipeline for both real time and prerendered projects.

• Maintain strict quality control over department to meet both client and organizational expectations.
