FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON HOTEL KUWAIT: JUN 2019 TO AUG 2019 I have worked for nearly two month at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel through LOYAC ’ S internship program. I have worked at three different departments to perform the following tasks:

Finance department:

• Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions

• Ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes

• Entering financial data to the system

• Access budgets and financial documents to provide financial reports. Purchasing Department:

• Communicate with the hotels suppliers to plan and implement resources acquisitions

• Provide reports on inventory status

• Handel and storing purchasing documents

Front Desk:

• Greet, communicate with and welcome guests

• Answer all the customers’ inquiries, and addressing their complaints

• Answer all incoming calls, redirect then when needed

• Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination

• Prepare and manage outgoing mall

• Check, sort and forward emails.
