RN/IBCLC-position includes working as a team member in the women/family area. Care and duties related to labor and delivery patients including OR circulator for cesarean sections and PACU, postpartum patients, pediatric patients, NICU babies, and newborn babies as they transition to life outside of the womb. Educating women about their newborn and assisting with breastfeeding.

2016-2018 North Colorado Medical Center Greeley, CO

RN/IBCLC-position included working with laboring patients, taking vitals, reading FH strips, charting, administering medications, working with the doctors throughout the patients labor and delivery, postpartum care with lactation support for up to two hours after delivery, working with patients and doctors in OR if patient needed a cesarean and PACU with patients for one to two hours after surgery.
