I also was number one for profitability in my region being up 103 percent over last year for the month of October and up 72 percent in December. Finished the year up 29 percent. Profitability for the year I was number 2 out of 84 in our region for the year. I was the first café to roll out delivery in all of northern Virginia along with the number 1 fastest drive thru and number 1 sales for drive thru in the company. I scored 3 perfect scores for Ecosure for the year which is extremely difficult to do and only one of four café's in the company of 2200 cafes to do that. I was awarded the Gold Standard Cafe of the year for the company. This is a huge honor due to the fact of how difficult it is to get that. Held a meeting with the entire school board of Spotysylvania County Schools which there are 28 schools in the county. I brought breakfast for 80 people in attendance and was the guest speaker for the school board meeting. This in turn brought in more sales through fundraisers. Have dropped food cost down by 2 percent this year and am number one in labor in my district. Leader of our café and have over 80 associates who work for me along with 6 other managers. I have promoted 4 associates into managers in the last 5 years. I have also helped 2 managers to become General Managers this year.

General Manager

UNOs Chicago Grill & Bar

June 2006 to June 2012

I was number one in the Company of over 400 stores worldwide for customer service satisfaction. Constant focus on front of house and back of house training to drive what I have accomplished even further up. Reduced wasteful spending in back of house by monitoring back of house staff in recipe adherence along with proper portioning. I handle all guest relations and manage about 60 employees. Driving in new customer base by performing new fundraisers with Uno's (Doughraisers) along with networking with schools to do their spirit nights and working with local businesses to do personal touch marketing. Raised in a depressed economy an additional $15000 dollars a month which has helped the bottom line. The store is a $2.5 million dollars a year operation and it is continuing to grow and thrive. Worked in the Chester Uno's as General Manager along with running the bar and bringing bar cost down by 3%. Increased bar liquor split to 23%. Company average is 19%.
