Managing Partner – MPM Enterprises, LLC July 2017 – Present Focus on retail customer engagement tools to increase sales conversion rates and average dollar transactions in brick and mortar retail environments through the development and application of new mobile digital technologies in the US, Canada, and Latin America. • After 8 months of engaging with Senior Management, Protection 1/ADT was named the #1 Security supplier for The Fresh Market, replacing the current vendor of 20+ years

• Revenue generated through July 2017 was $200,000, projected end of year revenue was to be

$600,000 and $1.2M in 2018

• Developed new re-model initiative with Pinnacle Agriculture to initiate the consolidation and upgrade of all security systems in 220 locations in the Fall/Winter of 2017 through the end of 2018. Estimated revenue to be generated in excess of $1.5 million through 2018.

• Assumed responsibility of Nationwide Insurance account in the Fall of 2016 as an opportunity to improve the current relationship and operational execution.

• In collaboration with Nationwide senior managers we re-constructed the processes for quoting, ordering, on-site execution and communication standards and project completion protocols.

• After 6 months of executing our new plan Protection 1/ADT was awarded 100% all new and remodel business moving forward in June 2017. Estimated annual revenue targeted at

InVue Security Products, Inc. – Charlotte, NC March 2008 – October 2015

$120 million supplier of loss prevention equipment to protect consumer electronics on open display and open sell merchandise.

• #1 in Global revenue 2013 – 2015 generating $80 million in 3 years

• Returned to the Sr. National Account Manager/Key Accounts role in 2013 and assumed the lead for the largest national customers, AT&T, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Cricket Wireless & Sprint.

• After being awarded a 6-month test contract in early 2009, InVue was awarded 100% of Walmart Electronics department new stores & remodels for the back-half of 2009 totaling $5.4 million.

• Total revenue for Walmart in 2010 was $8.7 Million and $13 million in 2011.

• Won the contract to replace the display security on all Sam’s Club’s Camera Bars in 2010, totaling $1.5 million leading to the remodel of all electronics departments in 2011 for a total of

$5.0 million in revenue

• Assumed responsibility for Best Buy in 2010 and finished the year with $2.5 million in revenue, total sales in 2009 were $800,000.

• Best Buy sales exceeded $4.5 million in 2011 and over $6.0 million in 2012. Awards
