MAIN ROLES and RESPONSABILITIES:

• Involved in tendering activity: Review and comment of company provided documentation, establish methods statements, scope of services, requisitions for installation aids, time and man-hours estimates, qualifications and clarifications.

• Technical reference of the project.

• Define the best methodology, organize and prioritize activities to work within time and budget constraint.

• Review of contract documents to identify area of concerns and gaps.

• Ensure the selected methodology is in line with the industry codes, standard and client specification.

• Definition and optimization of operational timings for implementation into the global planning.

• Define manhours required for project execution.

• In charge of project specific pre-commissioning engineering and documents issue (method statement, procedures, specifications, requisitions, scope of work, valves requirement and follow up documents, isolation philosophy…).

• Ensure compliance with the client contract and highlight potential variation order.

• In charge of risks assessment (PHA, HIRA), ensure HSE compliance and that safety issues are addressed.

• Interfaces with internal disciplines (design, installation, planning, drafting office and management), clients, other contractors and operational sites.

• Define and specify equipment and installation aids required.

• Actively work with the supply chain management to select the best sub-contractors and suppliers (offers review, bid-comparison, review of sub-contract…).

• Work closely with supply chain management and transit departments to ensure equipment delivery on time.

• Management and technical supervision of sub-contractor (procedure and equipment review, contract compliance, follow up of the advancement and respect of the planning…).

• Plan, coordinate and attend to the specific trials and equipment function tests (at fabrication yards, sub-contractor and suppliers’ facilities).

• Ensure preparation and mobilization of equipment and personnel are on time without affecting operation planning.

• Preparation, management and follow up of pre-commissioning operations including the onsite supervision (onboard installation vessels, platforms, FPSO, fabrication yards and onshore logistic bases).

• Ensure operation are performed in line with operational procedures and planning.

• Provide all documents required for the ready for commissioning.

• Issue final documentation and dispatch it as required to knowledge management (close outs, invoices, databooks, operation reports, lessons learned…).

From October 2018: LEAD PRE-COMMISSIONING/PROJECT ENGINEER SANGOMAR, WOODSIDE – Senegal 2020

Role: Lead pre-commissioning engineer: In charge of flowlines and umbilicals pre-commissioning scope of work. Operations: BUBI pipe flooding/pressurization, subsea pigging and hydrotesting, leak testing from FPSO and umbilical testing

(electrical, fiber optical and hydraulic/chemical tubes). ATOLL REPAIR PHASE 2, PHARAONIC PETROLEUM COMPANY – Egypt 2020 Role: Lead pre-commissioning engineer: Engineering and operation follow up for pre-commissioning and commissioning of the mini umbilical installed during a previous phase to replace damaged lines of the main umbilical; reconfiguration of the hydraulic control system of the field.

Operations: Tubes pressure test, topside tubing reconfiguration/replacement and fluids displacement. Overseas missions: 5 weeks in West Harbour plant, (Port Saïd, Egypt). PECAN FEED (Front End Engineering Design), AKER ENERGY – Ghana 2019 Role: Lead pre-commissioning engineer

Operations: Subsea pigging and hydrotesting, pigging and hydrotesting testing from FPSO, gas Injection line dewatering, jumpers MEG flushing and umbilical testing (electrical, fiber optical and hydraulic/chemical tubes). ATOLL REPAIR PHASE 1, PHARAONIC PETROLEUM COMPANY – Egypt 2019 Role: Lead pre-commissioning engineer: Engineering and operation follow up for pre-commissioning and commissioning post installation of a mini umbilical to replace damaged lines of the main umbilical; reconfiguration of fiber optical and electrical control system of the field.

Operations: Electrical tests, fiber optical tests and tubes pressure test. Overseas missions: 2 months in West Harbour plant, (Port Saïd, Egypt). JUBILEE TURRET REMEDIATION PROJECT, TULLOW OIL – Ghana 2019 Role: Lead pre-commissioning engineer: Review of company provided documentation, establish methods statement and scope of services.

Operations: Flooding/cleaning/gauging, hydrotesting and leak testing. TENDERING ACTIVITY 2018

SLGC SANHA LEAN GAS CONNECTION, CHEVRON – Angola.

SEALION PHASE 1 DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FEED (Front End Engineering Design), PREMIER OIL – Falkland Islands. Role: Lead pre-commissioning engineer.

2013 to 2018: SENIOR PRE-COMMISSIONING/PROJECT ENGINEER WEST NILE DELTA GFR, BP – Egypt 2018

Role: Senior pre-commissioning/project engineer in charge of onsite supervision of 6’’ flowline flooding, cleaning, gauging and of PLETs and spools FATs.

Operations: Flooding/cleaning/gauging with a downline, FAT of PLETs and spools (flushing, water jetting, filling, hydrotest, valves seat test).

Overseas missions: 3.5 months onboard Seven Pacific and at Petrojet Fabrication yard (Alexandria, Egypt). DALIA PHASE 3 FEED (Front End Engineering Design), TOTAL – Angola 2018 Role: Senior pre-commissioning engineer: Review and comment of company provided documentation, establish methods statements, scope of services and requisitions for installation aids, time and man-hours estimates, qualifications and clarifications, and participate in budget forecast.

Operations: Subsea pressure testing.

SUPSA SPM OVERHAUL, BP – Georgia 2017

Role: Senior pre-commissioning engineer in charge of all the pre-commissioning scope of work. Operations: De-Oiling/Flushing and leak testing.

Overseas missions: 1.5 months in Poti assembly area and onboard Seven Eagle (Georgia). ATOLL DEVELOPMENT, PHARAONIC PETROLEUM COMPANY – Egypt 2017 Role: Senior pre-commissioning engineer: Engineering support to issue the methodology, requisitions and scope of work. Onsite operational supervision of 20’’line pigging, leak testing and dewatering operations from the plant. Operations: Flooding/cleaning/gauging, hydrotesting, leak testing and gas MEG swabbing dewatering. Overseas missions: 2 months in West Harbour plant (Port Saïd, Egypt). EMERGENCY REPAIR OF THE FORCADOS 48” EXPORT PIPELINE, SHELL – Nigeria 2016 Role: Senior pre-commissioning engineer: Definition of the methodology and recommendations to client for operational activities, clarification of responsibilities of each parties and support to COMPANY. Operations: De-Oiling/ Flushing before repair, refilling and leak testing. Overseas missions: 10 days in Lagos Subsea7 office (Nigeria). LIANZI, CHEVRON – Congo/Angola 2014/2016

Role: Senior pre-commissioning engineer in charge of pigging, hydrotesting, leak testing, and flexible vacuum testing scope of work. Support for dewatering operations.

Operations: Flooding, cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, leak testing, flexible riser vacuum test, nitrogen MEG swabbing dewatering and packing.

Overseas missions: 6 months onboard Seven Ocean & Seven Eagle vessels, BBLT platform and at the Pointe-Noire Subsea7 yard (Congo).

CLOV, TOTAL – Angola 2011/2014

Role: Senior pre-commissioning engineer working under supervision of a lead engineer on the project. In charge of the scope of pigging activities done from topside (riser towers, and production loops system), hydrotesting and leak testing, annulus vacuum test of flexibles and nitrogen de-ballasting of buoyancy tanks. Support to subsea pigging and dewatering activities. Additionally:

• Involved in the set-up of ICAPS system (mechanical completion software) for SURF scope of Work, define systems/sub- systems, create & implement OPERCOM sheets (Block 17/18 and CLOV projects).

• Onsite assistance for umbilical testing (CLOV project).

• Specification and support for FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) of subsea structures (PLETs, ILTs spools, jumpers, hybrid risers’ towers, buoyancy tanks…).

Operations: Subsea pigging, flooding/cleaning/gauging with downline, hydrotesting, leak testing, flexible riser annulus vacuum test, nitrogen MEG swabbing dewatering and packing and nitrogen de-ballasting of three buoyancy tanks. Overseas missions: 11 months onboard Simar Esperanca, Seven Eagle, & Seven Borealis vessels, CLOV FPSO and at the Subsea7 yard in Luanda Sonils base (Angola).

2009 to 2013: PROJECT PRE-COMMISSIONING/PROJECT ENGINEER ALNG, EXXON MOBIL/TOTAL/CHEVRON & BLOCK 17/18 - GEP - PHASE 2, TOTAL – Angola 2009/2011 Role: Project pre-commissioning engineer working under supervision of a lead engineer on the project. In charge of the Block 17/18 project and involved in the various scopes of the ALNG project. Operations: Flooding, cleaning, gauging, caliper survey, hydrotesting, leak testing, nitrogen testing, nitrogen MEG swabbing dewatering, packing and gas up.

Overseas missions: 8 months onboard Simar Esperanca vessel, at the LNG Plant in Soyo (Angola, Kwanda base) and at Pointe- Noire Subsea7 yard (Congo).
