St. Mark’s Church (SMC) Children’s Pastor January 2016 to Present
Coordinate stage presentation programming for children up to 11 years of age, including video production, graphic design, staff development, sound engineering, volunteer recruiting, public speaking and curriculum development.
Oversee facilities management, budget oversight, special events coordination, and data reporting.
Created an innovative special needs program, leveraging project management abilities.
Built a $4.5M building for the kids, supporting planning and construction efforts, partnering with architect and team to select paint, carpet, and design elements.
