My most recent experience includes that of managing subcontractors and scheduling various tasks such as: subcontractors work, Inspections, job consultations, personal contractor schedule, re-inspections, contract review and signing appointments, additional items as they arose. My business ethics steam from being trained by the largest insurance carriers, and holding a property and casualty license for the past twenty years.

My background in commercial and personal insurance, made me proficient at: collecting and analyzing data, maintaining business relationships, underwriting and account management within the commercial and personal lines insurance industries. My regular duties have included: Servicing client policies, presenting proposals and contracts, cross-selling products, discussing coverages, quoting new and renewal risks, retention, application processing, file maintenance, change requests, endorsements, premium bearing endorsements, personally maintained a $3,000,000 book of new and renewal business. My niche markets are: Construction, contractors, transportation, professional lines, medium-level experience with workers compensation, outdoors, intermediate restaurant, and large premium personal lines clientele.
