•Supported the Green Bay Business Banking Group underwriting 28 new money requests/ annual renewals totaling $30MM+ in four and a half months.

•Green Bay assignment supported the Group SVP; the Shawano Community Bank - President, and 2 senior level RM’s.

•In 2012 supported the North and Northeast Wisconsin commercial real estate CAP (capital acceleration program) Team to identify and underwrite distressed real estate loans. Direct support to two senior relationship managers and coordinators.

Each RM portfolio started out with over 100 clients and a minimum $50MM portfolio. After 1 year the portfolios were each under 50 clients and under $25MM.

SUNTRUST BANK - Greensboro, NC 12/2005 to 12/2010

•Supported (3) senior level Relationship Managers (RM’s). Primary backup to RM’s. Accompanied RM’s on joint sales calls.

•In 2007 completed 50 credit packages; including Dual Approval Risk Rating scorecards, DSC; and risk assessments.

•Responsible for all credit functions relating to the start-up of Volvo Construction Equipment’s new captive finance company. Negotiated 25 individual floor plan financing and credit/legal document packages.

•Managed a $275MM - $325MM wholesale portfolio covering (39) U.S. dealers and (3) Canadian dealers. No losses.

•Trained (2) wholesale teams to manage daily funding, lockbox applications, dealer billings of monthly: interest, rental curtailments, and equipment curtailments / maturities.
