I possess a solid background in workplace safety, maintenance and environmental, and bring years of practical experience and expertise in creating, adapting and implementing HSE Programs, QA-QC and Safety Audit Procedures of any level that the company may need. Furthermore, my Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Health and Master’s Degree in Community Counseling and Certification in Business Administration (Certified Public Manager) has allowed me to cultivate my knowledge and proficiency on management/environmental skills including but not limited to Emergency Management Systems (EMS), Spill Prevention Countermeasure Control (SPCC) and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWP3) plus leadership capabilities in the Oil and Gas, LNG, Construction and Maintenance Industries. In addition to my formal qualifications and education, I have extensive experience producing, executing and maintaining policies and procedures in keeping employees safe and healthy in the workplace. My experience in preparing Risk Analysis and Hazard Assessments/Audits, Safe Work Method Statements and Site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Disposable Facilities and Environmental Field Audits and thorough onsite/onshore Incident and Accident Investigations demonstrate my ability recognize and execute an organization’s internal processes and procedures with legislative obligations and commitments. Furthermore, I have been an employee with different companies, and I have acquired strong beliefs and mission statements that is leading us in the future and want to be an asset with a critical role in your organization but more importantly, I am willing to learn as needed to grow with the company.

I value my communication skills (Bilingual in Spanish) and my ability to manage relationships with colleagues with a proactive and professional attitude. Following my appointment as designated QHSE Representative, the scope of my position was broadened, leading me to take on additional responsibilities from preparing, educating and training new recruits in the industry but foremost, provide continuous refresher courses for current employees from the field operations up through the executive level.
