DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES IN ALMARAI COMPANY SAUDI ARABIA (2011-2019)
Taking account of incoming and outgoing of goods in the stores departments.
Keeping eagle's eyes on the stocks of goods available in the stores like Stationary, Consumables, Production Materials of the store department.
Taking care all types of activities like take care of store goods, availability of goods in time, proper care, and also manage the labors and make proper records of incoming and outgoing goods.
Arranging good warehouse, handling equipment good staff, store keeper, care the proper and damaged / shortage material and maintain the higher stock level / Maximum stock level / reorder stock level.
Verifying incoming / outgoing and daily stock on hand, follow the delivery schedule as per purchase order.
We should follow at anytime of FIFO and LIFO to avoid any unnecessary issues
Maintaining proper documents like receipt and issue.
Arranging good housekeeping everyday in the stores and warehouse.
Preparing time sheet of the staff and store keepers.
Prepare field Material Return Notice (MRN)
Coordinate with both the External auditors as well as internal auditors for the scheduling of the audit and completion of the same.
Maintain copies of all certificates, procedures, purchase order
Supervises the training of new employees.
Conduct every two weeks Stock Counting at the Stores
Carry out any other duties as requested by the direct supervisor.
SKILLS:
Experience in Windows based software MS Word, MS Excel, Power point and Outlook
Well experienced in using SAP system
Hands-on experience in Hardware & Software Installation (Windows based)
Good knowledge in potentially handling company social media networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
Strong planning and organizational skills with sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
