OBJECTIVES My goal is to attain a leading and distinctive managerial position at an innovative and competitive organization which provides a stimulating environment as well as opportunities for career advancement and organizational improvement. My extensive team leadership skills and experience in the business intelligence and data warehousing domains enable me to act effectively and proactively as a transformational IT leader who can inspire positive change among employees, and by proxy, create excellence throughout the organization. EXPERIENCE From 4/2007-Present Down Town, Beirut, Lebanon
Organization: Touch Mobile Interim Company 2 SAL

Position: Business Intelligence And Data Warehouse Manager Department: Information Technologies
Responsibilities:
Currently leading and managing the Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse team within the IT department.
In 2019, I created a new data warehouse and business intelligence system from the ground up. This system effectively collects all the NGBSS system data from Huawei and then provides all Touch business units with relevant reports, dashboards, KPIs and figures.
The data warehouse was built using Oracle Database on DELL VBLOCK servers. The database architecture of the data warehouse is divided into 3 mains areas: staging, production, and summary areas where they contain more than 700 tables and 450 procedures, packages and functions. Using Unix scripts I created a robust ETL tool in order to upload all file events related to CDRs, billing, CRM, roaming, and recharges, etc. Over 150 million records are loaded every day.
I created dozens of packages using the Microsoft SSIS tool in order to load data into the data warehouse from different data sources such as the website, the mobile app, QMS, ADM, OF, etc. It is also used to send data from the data warehouse to other systems such as the OF, the website, the “welcome SMS”, and the ESB.
Using the Microsoft SSRS tool, I created more than 600 reports which are used daily and are invaluable to all Touch business units. Using the same tool, I designed very complex reports such as “Customer’s Contact” and
“Customer’s Invoice.”
In order to satisfy the daily needs of my business units while using the self- service business intelligence tool, I produced dozens of tabular cubes/cubes models using the Microsoft SSAS tool.
Dozens of interactive dashboards were made using the Power BI tool (web- based and mobile-app) these are heavily relied upon and constantly used by many Touch business units.
Using Microsoft AZURE, I created several models which facilitate the use of the analytical services provided by AZURE.
In 2012 I single-handedly produced a data warehouse and reporting system which loads data and events from TABS (the CRM and billing system) and REDKNEE Unified platform (a Touch prepaid system.) This data warehouse was built using Oracle Database and contains hundreds of tables and procedures.
I generated over 300 reports using Microsoft SSRS. These were created for and are used by numerous Touch business units.
I head all Oracle development within the company. This includes the creation of forms, reports, and procedures using Oracle Tools (Forms 9i, Reports 9i, PL/SQL).
Using Oracle Forms, I created the CRM customers 360 degree form, which is the main form that includes all customer data, profiles, history, pictures, and scanned documents etc.
Using Oracle reports, I was able to generate very complex reports such as
“Customer Contact” and “Customer Invoice.”
I produced hundreds of packages, procedures and functions which facilitated and improved business.
Maintaining the Oracle E-Business Suite Application and its corresponding modules. (During the first 2 years)
