Experience in execution & supervision of site works assuring quality of works for Residential and Commercial multi-storied buildings, villas, administrative building, architectural joinery installation, pre-engineered buildings, Modular buildings, Light grade steel buildings, and infra structure works, concrete road.

Heavy & large industrial construction- oil & gas, pre-engineered ware house, workshop, Blast proof building, non-process buildings, sub-station, piling works, duct banks, AOC trench, pipe racks, surface drainage, sewage manhole and pipe line, catch basin. Current experience in Oil & Gas offshore project in Abu Dhabi (Upper Zakum 750 Island) for Zakum Development Company (ZADCO) under the PETROFAC Emirates. Experience in MIVAN Technology (Modular Aluminium Formwork System) used in construction of first city project (residential tower) at MIHAN SEZ Nagpur, 10 days slab cycle. Able to work on own initiative and part of a team, to provide full support to the project with regard to all civil construction aspects.

Current Status of Project: Project is successfully completed and handover to the client. I have looked after, 6 Buildings on offshore Island with required surface facility works. 1) IFCC Building - (Island Field Control Centre)

Key feature experience: - Blast proof building, precast walls and slabs, pile foundation, pile cap, Pre-engineered, precast/cast in situ foundation for pipe racks, Interior fit outs with furniture’s, carpet roll with underlay, solid phenolic partition, dry wall partition, acoustic wooden cladding and wood veneer wall, Italian marble and granite, carpet tiles flooring, vinyl flooring, Raised flooring, wooden and fabric ceiling, stretched fabric false ceiling, perforated gypsum false ceiling, metal tiles false ceiling, plumbing works, vanity counter, hardened concrete with epoxy coating, steel door(blast proof door),wooden and glazed door. Job Description (responsible for):

To execute the every site activity as per the IFC drawing and contract specification.

Daily progress of works, responsible for daily productivity/targeted work.

Attending daily progress meeting at site office with project and construction manager.

Workout the material quantities & and send request to purchase department for the delivery of material in time as per the site requirement.

To point out discrepancies if any in approved IFC drawings and raise STQ well in time before taking up the actual construction work.

To establish balanced relation with subcontractors, solve their difficulties so as to achieve smooth functioning of the projects.

Follow ups of subcontractor for target progress. Invoice checking and verification.

Directing work like Installation of foundation, Pre casting foundation, fabrication of shutter, Re-bar work.

Coordination with Clients, Consultant and different interface disciplines (HVAC, MEP).

Monitor completion of field inspections and Conduct punch list/snagging inspection with Consultant for final sign-off.
