BNY MELLON ACCOUNTING MANAGER NAV OPPS (2014-AUG 2016

Direct daily activities including departmental interviewing and staffing; train and develop new hires as well

Ensure that all employees adhere to all company policies and take all required exams

Work each day to reconcile cash and positions to prime brokers and bank accounts; also reconcile all interest, dividend and reclaims

Deliver weekly statements to client of all failing trades

Provide monthly reports to upper management with all open discrepancies; researched and identified cash and position discrepancies in order to decide on follow-ups to drive proper resolution

Evaluate non-trade efforts, including corporate engagements, transfers, wires, dividend payments/receipts, interest transactions and other various processes

Update the investor allocation schedules for stand-alone and master-feeder funds
