Areas of Expertise: Operating dozer, loader, skid steer, excavator, and forklift. Cut and weld, prep plant equipment mechanic and heavy equipment helper, and plant operator.

Welding: Stick weld, mig weld. All types of sheet metal and pipe welding, lining equipment Buckets (loader and excavator). Torch and plasma cutting

Front end loader: load truck, feed underground feeders, move material, work roads, sweep roads with broom attachment, build berms, spread gravel on driveways, and haul roads

Excavator: dig ditches, footers, load trucks, clean ditches, reclaim slips/slides, build roads, remove trees/rocks, lay rocks in spillways and ditches, build berms

Coal prep plant: Mechanic – Rebuilt/worked on hydraulic cylinders and pumps, cut, weld, rebuild pumps/wash box/gear box, Run new and replaced plumbing. Replaced decks in shaker screens, replaced screens, side plates and springs, weld chutes, side plates, pipe, guards. Replaced bearings, beltline on structures, coal samplers, run conduit, greased, shoveled and washed plant floors, reclaim tunnels

Foreman: Used problem solving skills to run an efficient, resourceful plant. Made sure the employees were efficiently getting work done in a safe and timely manner. Completed daily production reports and pre shift/on shift books. Worked under MSHA health and safety regulations, directly helped staff when having trouble. Continuously trying to find ways to improve production. Scheduled planned maintenance with prep work was completed beforehand. Led safety meetings.
