Role: HR Officer– Learning & Development
Responsibilities:
The overall purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and professional support service to the Learning and Development team. The L&D Officer will possess both excellent organisational and communication skills, have a proactive and professional approach and work effectively within a team. Principal Accountabilities:
Manage all L&D administration processes to include -
Training Programs
̶ Managing the scheduling of all local & regional training courses. Following the end to end process from room booking, trainer availability, training materials, invites and course confirmations. ̶ Managing the nominations for all programs – Identifying potential candidate pool, seeking approval from respective managers/other stakeholders
̶ Supporting with pre & post program activities – Sending pre/post emails, organizing kick off calls, sending post program mailers, collecting feedback etc.
̶ Being the local Administrator for our LMS and supporting in all ad hoc requests (program creation, uploading, initiating nominations, report generation, etc.)
Data Management
̶ Maintain all data related L&D data (employee, cost, payment status etc.) ̶ Timely recording all training programs conducted and details of all participants along with the defaulters in the right format.
̶ Generating L&D dashboard on a quarterly basis
Logistics
̶ Coordinate with the Procurement team to secure the locations for the event/program, coordinate with banquet coordinator for on-site arrangements & other logistics ̶ Work with participants and trainers to ensure smooth execution of programs ̶ On time Processing all vendor bills, bills of other expenses by seeking the necessary approvals and working with finance for payments
̶ Maintain the right documents for clearing all expenses on the company card and coordinate with the SPOC from finance for timely claims of the expenses.
Induction
̶ Manage induction and new starter process as requested. ̶ Managing end to end logistics including venue block, invitation to all relevant new joinees, arrangement of meals, transport, on day IT & room arrangements

̶ Screening potential CVs
̶ Taking first round (telephonic round) to test the candidate’s oral communication skills ̶ To forward the selected CVs to the HOD to scrutinize the CV ̶ Arranging the interviews of the required position with the respective HODs ̶ Offer discussion with the shortlisted candidates ̶ Preparing offer letter mentioning the date of joining of the candidate ̶ Taking required signatures of the authorized persons ̶ Sending the offer letter to the candidate
Joining Formalities
̶ Checking whether all recruitment papers handed over by recruitment team are in order ̶ Calling up candidate prior to joining day to inform them the reporting time and confirm the documents to be brought ̶ Sending mails to Admin and IT to check for the arrangements of the workstation and the PC respectively marking the Supervisor of the candidates as well
