● Up-gradation of LPG gas line from LOT cylinders to LOT Bullet system, in place of

30nos LPG cylinders only 02nos Bullet were installed, resulting in energy saving.

● Installation of New 6Chamber Sublimation Plant for Tata Parvesh

● Modification in old oven to handle bigger parts and increase line speed from 0.5mts to

1.2mts .

● Reduce Rework from 10% to 2% with proper training “How & What to do right every

time”.

● Installation of new Gema Make powder coating plant with 08 number

Reciprocators and 03 Manual operators.

● Installation of 09 Tanks Spray P.T line, with jet nozzle and “O” nozzle for perfect

cleaning of parts and less carry forward of chemicals.

● Installation of 385 Meter Eye Beam conveyor with 1.5 to 3.5 meter speed from

Fabrication point to Dispatch point for Packing and Dispatch.

● Changed Chemical to get better cleaning and less defect on Parts.

● Up Graded ETP Plant to treat 4000lts water discharged from paint shop daily

● Established Paint Shop Quality lab for testing of Chemical and coated Parts on

regular basis.

● Up Grade still young team members by training them how to handle machine for

“Do it right First Time and Every time”

● Reduced Rework from 5% to 1% by regular training on spot

● Taken complete responsibilities of Paint Shop related process, and project,

● Done Modification of Spray P.T line to avoid Chemical Carry forward and proper cleaning of Parts.

● Changed Chemical of Spray P.T line from M/S. Janico Chemical to KEMBOND/HENKEL

CHEMICALS, it gave saving of 10 to 15% in line operation.

● Introduced low temperature Chemical in Place of Hot Chemical giving the saving of more then 25% of

LPG consumption
