HR Planning:

Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.

Recruitment & Induction:

Managing complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

Induction of new entrants to familarize them with company culture, values, policies, processes and assist them in understanding their roles and responsibilities.

Training and Development:

Administration:

Time Office and Payroll:

Ensuring discipline in company by controlling late coming and absenteeism. Ensuring proper upkeep of time office related records.

Canteen:

Providing good quality food to employees at reasonable cost. Ensuring no loss of time for employees due to canteen services. Managing employees’s complaints, if any, properly to keep employees satisfied.

Housekeeping and Gardening :
