Accountable for all aspects of the fundraising arm of the hospital. Developed a grant program, which raised over $1M for our services and programs, was responsible for event planning and directing fundraising efforts with the events. In addition, managing the mobile services arm of the hospital:
• Care-A-Van: managing a staff of four, responsible for providing health services such as immunizations, sports physicals and health check ups. Control a budget of over one million dollars and also responsible for raising and obtaining money for operations.
• Dental Van: involved with the start up of the program, from budgeting, hiring of staff, purchase of the van, coordination of the van with issues of compliance, budgeting, safety and also actively involved in obtaining funding for the program.
Also serve on the executive management team, which is responsible for the operations of the hospital, serve on the leadership team, which leads the hospital in areas of compliance and safety. Manage the foundation board, with responsibilities of running monthly meetings, setting direction for fundraising and children programs as well as the Care-A-Van and Dental Van.
