Carry out routine and adhoc training of customer care agents at branch on service, branch operation, fraud and anti-money laundering to ensure employees are well equipped for customer interactions and compliance with rules and regulations.

Ensuring employees perform daily duties are carried out in line with the Bank’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) and standards.
