From Last three years I am a Farmer in my Farmhouse Before that,

1. Agriculture Specialist in Tutorials Point India Pvt Ltd from 05-12-2016 to 30-11-2017.

My job profile:

Participating and recording and making Video Tutorials for different crops surrounding to the Hyderabad.

Here I have to participate in the Package of practices like preparation of land, seed sowing, irrigation, Fertilization, Nutrition management, Pest and Disease management, vegetative stages, flowering stages, harvesting, post-harvesting operations of 25 different type of crops.

2. CC Buyer in Reliance Retail Ltd. from 07-03-2016 to 07-02-2017.

My JOB PROFILE:

Sourcing of vegetables as per indent plan at given price band and its make farming more remunerative

Planning Regular field visits and maintaining Farmers communication with us in progressive way.

Procurement plan updating for next week and next two weeks and also for next month.

Procurement directly from farmers and doing Sorting, grading, and weighing, crating in CC and following Quality based on the defined RR & Non RR parameters

Daily discussing on our SKUs Price with superiors and taking decision based on the basis of market price and our competitors price band.

Making sure that Fruits & vegetables Delivery by farmer at CC and doing E- payment without fail.

Strictly following the Documentation and record keeping cross checking the transportation to reach the indent to CPC in time.

Supervision of all CC operations, Dispute and complaint handling and CC administration.

Consistency in fill rate and Quality assurance with 100 percent fill rate

Increasing the range of the SKUs near to our CC and also Increase the volume of the produce

3. Research Assistant in PIONEER (A DuPont Business) from 18-02-2013 to 31-01-2016.

Research Assistant for TRANSGENIC Rice Seed Production Technology (SPT TRAIT INTROGRESSSION).

Planning & managing seed production in Greenhouse, Net houses & field:

Seed Sowing, Seedling sampling, seedling transplantation, fertilization, Pest & Diseases management, crossing work (Emasculation &Pollination), cross seed harvesting, seed shifting & submitting to seed inventory works comes under my job profile.

Distribute input-seed & Monitor sowing with proper reconciliation. Following 100% compliance in seed production activities for Transgenic & Non-Transgenic.

Producing the targeted cross seed by doing the crossing of Transgenic plants with non-transgenic plants in green houses. Managing & training the field staff involved in the Breeding & seed production activities.

Following the Trait purity in green houses. Maintaining seed inventory for seed production technology project. Responsible for maintaining quality at field level.

Inspection of fields & removing Variants/off types/shredders from seed lot.

Seed Processing & seed Sorting For Red & Normal seed & storage in seed inventory by creating Seed IDs & Maintaining Trait Purity.

Doing seed treatments to prevent from Pest & disease Attacks.Conducting filed trails to know the purity of seed.

4. Research and Development officer in Shivashkathi Bio Plantech Ltd (from 22-02-2012 to 16-02-2013)

Conducting trials on paddy & vegetable crops in outside farmer fields surrounding to Hyderabad.

Accurate Execution & Implementation of agreed Field Quality.

Monitoring Field activities and considering that production is done as per SOP and agreed to plans. Attend internal meetings, training related with Field Quality, and Seed Quality Management

Perform timely Rice Production Field visits to evaluate the genetic purity of the production, initiate corrective measures if required and supervise their correct implementation. Prepare related reports.

5. Green House officer in GODREJ AGROVET LTD. (From 4-11-2010 to 25-10-2011)

Primary and secondary hardening of tissue culture banana plantlets and papaya plantlets.

Maintaining, Quality tissue culture banana plants in Green house & Nursery and producing sufficient plantlets based on market and sales officers need.

Timely supply to market. Field visits to check up plants performance in the field and giving sufficient suggestions to farmers.

RAWEP EXPERIENCE

Worked in real field situations under RAWEP (Rural Agricultural Work Experience Program) as a part of our curriculum. It helped me in understanding the real problems farmer's face, conducted method demonstrations to fill the gap between extension and farming community.
