Mobilization & HR Manager

Analyze selected approved candidates’ files received from Recruitment for evaluating and deciding on visa options in terms of availability based on nationalities of recruits and the compatibility of their educational and vocational credentials with the available work visa categories, propose solutions to obstacles resulting from deficiencies in visa requirements and decide on other visa options (temporary work visa – types and durations) due to unavailability of work visa or due to urgency to fill up the role.

This includes assessment of the need for a third party involvement in case of unavailability of visa options.

Communicate with candidates to explain to them the mobilization steps and the visa process and provide them with the needed guide to complete visa requirements and applications upon receiving visa documents.
