STAMPP Surveyor
Perform detailed surveys, analysis and documentation of the existing conditions of shoulders, guiderails and drainage structures throughout the five county area of PennDOT District 6-0. Shoulders – Lane shoulder separation; deterioration; slope; build-up; and drop-off.
Guardrails – End treatments; post deflection; deterioration; height; and missing hardware.
Drainage – End walls; ditches; inlets with and without grates; flared ends; structures; roadway deflection; and flow conditions.
Laboratory Technician
Perform, record, and report the results of ASTM and AASHTO standard tests for concrete, mortar, grout and aggregates.
Perform density testing on fireproofing materials.
Enter, track and log all field reports.
Monitor and track tank temperatures.
Worked on the PennDot STAMPP Program performing distress surveys to determine the type, severity, and extent of continuously reinforced concrete (CRC) pavements, unpaved roads, shoulder, guide rail, and drainage conditions. Entered this data into the Roadway Management System (RMS).
