Supply Chain Specialist (Wednesbury – United Kingdom) June 2019 – January 2020 HFR Food Solutions Limited – Fresh Food Manufacturer (Consultancy Fixed Term Contract)

• In charge of setting and maintain the material requirement planning (MRP) during the migration into a new system. From SAP to FOPs (HFR unique enterprise software)

• Responsible for managing the end to end procurement process in ingredients and packaging categories such as; Sauces, Meat, Fresh Produce, Inner Packing, Outer Packing, etc (c. £120 m. spend)

• Accountable for the coordination with several stakeholders such as; International and national suppliers, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, freight forwarders.

• Weekly supervision of supply and warehousing KPI’s to be shared with accounts, technical and production.

Achievements: Set up of all materials (Sauces, Meat, Fresh Produce and other ingredients) in the new ERP system (FOPs) by the end of the contract. Supply Chain Planner (Los Angeles – United States of America) April 2017 – April 2018 Pacific American Fish – Fishery Company

• In charge of worldwide Shrimp and Shellfish procurement and international logistic traceability (Air, Ocean and Land cargos)

• Responsible for managing and sourcing of around 800 Sku's considering several sizes, colours, presentations and species of Shrimp and Shellfish (c. $220 m spend)

• Inventory Management, Data Analysis, Quality Control, Procurement, International Distribution, Cost and Budgets.

• Lead the coordination of international cold chain with several stakeholders and government authorities: FDA, Carriers, warehouses, national and international suppliers, customs brokers
