RECOVERY CARBON DI OXIDE CONCENTRATION IMPROVEMENTS

● Created PFD,P&ID through SAP, supervised the commissioning and lining up of new vibrator, CO2 dilution is prevented and the concentration is increased from 25% to 40%.Design of the recovery gas concentration is 40%. Hence attained. INSTALLATION OF PREHEATING SYSTEM FOR DEMINARALIZED WATER

● Cooler is designed to reduce the recovered carbon-di-oxide gas temperature from 170 0c to 120

0c

by using the three cooling media. Out of three media, the de mineralized water is routing threw the one media to reduce the gas temperature as well as Preheating purpose.

● DM water is used in boilers, to saving the heat energy this is routed through the cooler, which absorbs the 40% of heat in downstream.
