Position: Front Office Manager

Supervises all front office personnel and Revenue Generation to ensure proper completion of all front office duties.

Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.

Managing the hotel rate and inventory in Online Travel Agents/Booking Engines manually and through Channel Manager.

Participate in RFP/Consortia bids though platform such as Lanyon portal and having the Approved Bid loaded in the hotel software.

Conduct weekly rate/sell strategy (yield) meetings with General Manager and with Business Development Manager,

Develop and maintain relationships with other market revenue managers and Directors of Revenue to create a network of peers in our community
