PROJECTS:

Design and Analysis of Aerospace Cable Bracket Attachment was carried out using boundary conditions, mesh generation and postprocessing process in ANSYS software. The target of this project was to analyze the cable bracket attachment part for installation in aircraft structure to design for Safety, weight and reduced material cost.

Design and Analysis Project for Aircraft Bell Crank Lever was achieved with the help of creating CAD geometry in SolidWorks and optimizing the geometry for lowest weight by many geometry alterations using postprocessing, boundary conditions and mesh generation in ANSYS software.

Stimulation Analysis on Explicit Dynamics Structure like Soda Cans, Pressurized Cylinder was carried out in ANSYS software with all the graphs and pressure results.

Thesis Study on Carbon Capture Technology.

Finite Difference Method Study for a House Wall was done by deriving the nodal equation at each point using MATLAB software. Heat loss and R-value were calculated using Therm software and ANSYS for temperature profiles.

Design Analysis of a car spoiler was performed using wind tunnel experiment and validated using computational fluid dynamics.

Wind Tunnel was designed for Bits Edu Campus mechanical department during the third-year undergraduate study.

Design the Blower Assembly in Catia 3D modelling software and analysis was carried out using ANSYS.
