I chose to terminate my employment because I was in school and I felt that I was not able to perform all my duties to the best of my potential and give my residents the best care possible with the time restraints of going to school. While employed as the Healthcare Coordinator I was on call for any health concerns in the building twenty-four hours a day seven days a week, therefore, it was not possible to do both.
