1. Responsible for all precast production related activities by coordination with Technical, planning

&QC department and with clients.

2. Responsible for production of elements As per Approved shop drawing, PQP and ISO 9001 procedures with proper maintaining the documents.

3. Ensuring safety in all production related activities. 4. Responsible for Timely production & delivering of precast elements to erection site with top notch quality.

5. Preparing the day to day, weekly and monthly plan for production & delivery based upon the erection targets.

6. Responsible for Arrange all materials for production related activity. 7. Conducting frequent meeting with sub ordinates regarding quality & safety improvements. 8. Maintaining good relationship with all internal departments & clients. 9. Responsible for Sand Blasting activities with Qc Approval prior to delivery to site. 10. RESPONSIBILITES:

Inspection of all activities related to Quality in site during manufacturing of precastelements

Check the correct preparation of Reinforcements as per drawings followed and Ensure with checklists

Concrete work inspection (pre pouring, pouring and post pouring)

Handling the quality tests of V-funnel, slump test, flow test and regular cube Tests for 24H, 3D, 7D, 28D and 60days.

Checking the geometric measurements and giving solution on defective areas of cracks and cold joints.

Hands on experience in timely disposal of Non-conformity with the coordination of quality team

Analyzing, planning and monitoring the production.

Preparing daily and weekly reports of production.
