Job Description: -

Providing the full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Asst. CEO and Insurance Operations Dept.

Preparing correspondence to major clients and brokers as well as internal memos as per the instructions of the Insurance Asst. CEO in coordination with the concerned departments.

Maintain the Asst. CEO’s appointments and meetings with brokers and preparing list of VIP Clients /Customers and their policy details.

Arranging monthly department managers meetings and preparing/ distributing minutes of meetings.
