Following, complying and implementing the company HSE policy, HSE plan, HSE management system, Emergency Plan and procedures.
Preparing but not limited to HSE Plan, Force Majeure Chart, TRAs, Checklists, reports, HSE Plan and procedures, training, campaign program and HSE File.
Participating in TRA meetings, TRA preparations, HSE committee meeting and coordinating with construction team for the activities to be carried out.
Carrying out emergency drills, Site survey, inspection, safety walkthrough and audit regularly.
Taking Correction, corrective action and preventive measures for the findings at the site.
Enforcing safety by proactive supervision, daily inspections and checks via checklists.
Coordinating the activities (Conflicting, simops, high risk activities and regular), Permit to work, Gas testing and site HSE officers coverage.
Ensuring that all the control measures for hazards are well maintained in place for all activities.
Identification of Hazards and unsafe conditions; demoting unsafe acts and preparing observation report; preparing accident, incident, near-miss and investigation reports; continuously assess, evaluate and minimize the risks in the workplace.
Carry out frequent safety inspections to check conformance with the established safety program and to draw attention to defect or deficiency for review and as a basis for continuous improvement.
Check proper usage and maintenance of PPE and evaluate its effectiveness.
Encourage all trades to be safety conscious through toolbox talk / awareness sessions / TRA discussion where required.
Check the quality of pre-job start talk conducted by permit acceptor / Job performer / Job Originator
