Worked as Sr.Technician for instrument calibration & commissioning in Toshiba JSW Power Pvt Ltd.in the project of 2 660MW NTPC Ltd,Meja site through the company of M/s 24by7 corporate Pvt Ltd from April 2016 to till date.

Worked as Sr. Instrumentation Technician for Erection & Commissioning

Of 6X 150 MW Aditya Birla (cpp) Energy Ltd.Lapanga, Odisha, through M/s Autotrical from Oct 2015 to April 2016.

Worked as Sr. Instrumentation Technician for Erection & Commissioning

Of 2X 600 MW JITPL Angul, Odisha, through M/s Autotrical from March 2014 to Oct 2015.

Worked as Sr. Instrumentation Technician in IOCL Refinery at Paradip, Odisha. I am working with PACE PROCESS CONTROLS PVT. LTD. in the units of INDMAX FCCU & PRU under the Consulting/supervision of Toyo Engineering India Ltd / Foster wheeler from March 2013 to March 2014.

Worked as a Sr. Instrumentation Technician for the project Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd. In units of Euro 4 project, Hydrogen plant (HGU) under consulting/supervision of Toyo Engineers India Ltd. through the company M/S “Pace process Control Pvt. Ltd.” Since MAY 2012 to FEB 2013.

Worked as Instrumentation Technician for the project Reliance Industry Ltd. Gas driven Power plant with a production capacity of 3X800 MW consulting/supervision of Power Mach, through the company M/S “wintech private Ltd.. APRIL 2011 to MAY 2012.

Worked as Instrumentation Technecition in JINDAL power plant 2X300MW Power plant, through the company M/S “AUTOTRICAL” TORANAGALLU, BALLARY (DT), KARNATAKA since AUGUST 2009 to APRIL 2011.

Working as an trainee Instrumentation Technician in M/S “ THE CHODAVARAM CO-OP SUGARS LTD”(2X50 T/Hr Boiler,14MW Co-generation power plant & Sugar weighing with auto Bagging system) Visakhapatnam from JUNE 2008 to AUGUST 2009.

WORK IN FIELD EXPERIENCE

Different type of Calibration (Pressure gauge, Pressure Transmitter, Temp Gauge, Temperature Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Pressure Switches, Differential pressure Switches, SADC, Pneumatic control valve, Electro pneumatic positioner, Smart type positioner) .

Repairing and serving of solenoid valves, control valves, all types Switches, Transmitter, Positioner.

Checking of RTD, Thermocouple and Temperature Transmitter.

Checking of vibration sensor & temp element using loop Checking.

Review of control Philosophy / Schemes, Panel Wiring Drawings, Cabling schedules. Master Schematic Diagrams, JB Schedules.

Involve myself in erection of field instruments. Control instruments etc.

Checking of solenoid, proximity sensor.

Checking of Flame Scanner with calibration.

Calibration of coal feeder.

Erect and signal checking of Bearing RTDS.

Sensor checking and installation like Vibration Sensor, Key Phaser, Axial Shaft, Eccentricity, Speed Sensor, Proximate Sensor etc.

Work with Wall Blower, Long React able should Blower, Furnace Temperature Probe and ERV controller.

Calibration of WATER SPRAY CONTROL VALVE.

All type Transmitter Parameter and range checking with Hart Communicator.

Checking of all type I/O card, RTD cards and JUMPPER setting change.

Work with MAX DNA DCS system.

Experience in the field instrument cable laying, Gladding & Termination.

Experience in the field instrument installation & tubing and piping.
