Right fabric sourcing with best price from Global fabric mill(Woven/Denim/ Knit) & ensure less Leadtime for faster production & garment delivery.

Ensure to arrange fabric mill innovation biyearly, attend fabric trade fair, follow up current trend in market/research/concept & present to design team for upcoming seasonal selection.

Season wise carryover article cost minimization & sharing idea to optimizing the cost.

Manage fabric library based on trend & support R&D/cross functional

/Design team for instant support.

Development of sustainable fabric (Woven/Denim/Knit) by sharing technical knowledge to achieve right parameter of brand.

Ensure on time delivery on weekly basis follow up during schedule meeting with mill. Frequent mill visits with team for better visibility of ongoing order status.

Maintain collaborations with mill, vendor & quality team to settle the issue in case of local & overseas mill/vendor.

Follow up till beginning to ending of each development & ensure to share technical expertise in yarn/fabric/dyeing & finishing/printing/garments washing stage.

Working with mill to achieve right parameter of woven/Knit & Denim fabric. Share knowledge for better testing performance of product.

Frequent mill visits for you/team (respective weekly mill meeting can arrange in meeting as well)

Color approval & color developments with fabric mill (Woven, Knit & Denim).

Ensure fabric quality by assessment & Sourcing new fabric mill by technical audit.
