Role & Responsibilities:-

Dust suppression system help us meet environmental standards, custom installations can reduce dust to required levels, for environmental and water safety standards.

Small droples give maximum dust control.

Managing and deploy manpower at conveyor line above the safety procedure.

Join the daily Tool Box Talk Programme and give the advice to maintain safety standards and discussing about the work.

Make the plan and execute to laying pipeline and all DFDS systems to be installed at Transfer Tower and through conveyor line to connect one Transfer Tower to another.

Checking of Rim seal system which is mounted on the top of the crude oil tank. Prepare daily checking report and estimate of require material for site.

Installation, Testing of mechanical Equipments at Rim seal system i.e. SOV, plunger,safety valve, pressure switch, level indicator,connector as per requirements .

Dismantling of foam pourer system, sprinkler system after damaged which to be fabricating at fabrication yard.

Maintenance of Sprinkler system, Foam pourer system, HVLRM, MEFG, Foam Tender, Hydrant, Monitor & all that things related to fire fighting system.
